Cancellation Policy

Takara allows cancellations of orders under specific conditions.

1. Cancellation Window

• Standard orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before processing begins.

• Custom jewellery orders cannot be cancelled once the design process starts (see Customize Jewellery).

2. Cancellation Process

• To cancel, contact us at parth@takarabv.be or +91 7304677572 within 24 hours.

• Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

• Custom order deposits are non-refundable.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

• Custom orders after the design phase has begun.
